Simple Exercises for People Going Through Chemotherapy

Recognizing the challenges faced during cancer treatment, this exercise video series is designed to help patients maintain strength, reduce fatigue, and enhance overall well-being.
Developed in collaboration with physiotherapists from Medispring Rehabilitation Centre, the series features gentle yet effective exercises tailored to meet the unique needs of individuals undergoing chemotherapy.
To ensure easy access, we’ve made these instructional videos available on our TikTok channel @sejati.initiative. Each video demonstrates simple movements that can be done at home or whilst inpatient, with or without equipment.
Examples include:
Bridging and Leg Raises – to strengthen core and lower body muscles
Seated and Standing Leg Lifts – to improve balance and circulation
The exercises are thoughtfully adapted to suit varying energy levels and physical capabilities, helping patients stay active in a safe and comfortable way.
